All unopened and original packaged products come with our money-back guarantee. If within 30 days of your invoice or sales receipt date, you find that a MindWing Concepts product does not meet your needs, simply ship it back to us via a traceable method. When we receive the item(s) at our store, we’ll issue you the appropriate credit or refund, minus the original shipping cost. Items that have been opened and then returned, or returned after 30 days, may receive store credit only, the amount at MindWing’s discretion.
Non-Returnable Items:
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To return your product, you should ship your product to: MindWing Concepts, Inc., One Federal St., #103-1, Springfield, Massachusetts US 01105.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Our shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item costing over $75 back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you wish to return a product, please email info@mindwingconcepts.com or call 866.851.2415 to notify us of the reason for your return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and an appropriate credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within two weeks.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Cancelled Workshops
If you cancel your registration for a workshop or presentation that is conducted by MindWing Concepts, Inc., then you will be offered another course to attend. If this is not acceptable, then a refund will be applied. You must cancel your registration 5 days prior to the date of the workshop. If MindWing Concepts, Inc. cancels a workshop that is planned, then every effort will be made to reschedule. If it is not rescheduled, then refunds will be applied.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@mindwingconcepts.com.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
